The premiere performance was directed by Villa-Lobos in the Salao Nobre do Jornal do Comercio in Rio, on October 21, 1921. This work was included in the Villa-Lobos Festival in Paris in 1930. There are six records for this work in the Villa-Lobos Concerts database as of January 2012.
